"All I ever get is junk-mail!" Do you ever think to yourself how can I turn my donor's "trash" into my organization's cash? Our expert panelists weigh in on the key components of a direct mail program. Join us for a panel discussion on best practices, envelopes, letters, and lists!
Leslie Hoggatt, Director of Development-Individual, The Center for the Performing Arts and the Great American Songbook Foundation: Leslie graduated from Butler University with a B.M. in Flute Performance and a B.S. in Arts Administration and stays actively involved at Butler as President of the Jordan College of the Arts Alumni Community and Past President of the Young Alumni Board. She is currently the President of the Indianapolis Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, a national women's professional music fraternity. Leslie has been in fundraising for more than 13 years in the areas of individual and institutional giving and special events, and obtained her CFRE in 2016. She is a native Hoosier, originally from Kokomo, and has lived in Carmel for the last six years.
Anna Warner, Director of Data Processing, Wheeler Mission: Anna started her fundraising career at Wheeler Mission in 2005 in a seasonal data entry position. After 5 years there, she served as the Donor Relations Coordinator at the Indianapolis Zoo from 2010 to 2015 when she returned to Wheeler Mission to head a newly created department. Her experience includes a certification in Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge at the Professional level, training in Microsoft Excel, and a B.A. in Elementary Education.
